- If you refuse to pay for extending time of the order – renter service terminates
- In case of cancellation of an order in less than 1 hour, renter shall pay a penalty equal to the minimum cost of the selected vehicle
- The refusal of an order in prior, one hour or more, or move of the date and time of reservation no penalty will be charged.
- In the case of a break down of the ordered car, the company reserves the right to replace it with a vehicle of equal class or higher.
- In the case of car break during the order and the inability to fix the problem within 30 minutes, renter may get another car of the same class or higher, or the renter has the right to refuse any further service, in which case the cost will be refunded of unfinished time. In case of ability to fix it within 30 minutes or replacement of a vehicle, the time of the order is not extended by the repair or replacement of a faulty vehicle
- Renter is not allowed to ask the driver to exceed the speed limits or breake any rules
- All paid parking, parking lots and driveways are paid by the renter
- Renter is liable for damages: broken, cut, stained interior items. In this case, renter shall pay monetary compensation to the driver.
- The cost of transfer (pick up) includes: waiting at the airport for 30 minutes of the requested pick up time, delivery to the first address in Moscow. In the case of waiting for more than an hour, additional charges are to the paid for the transfer waiting time according to the chosen class of car. The cost of transfer (drop off) includes: transportation from anywhere in Moscow to any airport, regardless of the duration of the trip. In the case of waiting for the renter additional charges may occur. When ordering a transfer from the Moscow region, the charges include the mileage according to the chosen class of the car.
- It is forbidden to carry large animals and other animals without especial bag-traffic (containers)
- It is forbidden to carry in the car large items that may block the driver's view (the big bags, paintings, boxes)
